Job Description
Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare project-wise budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Monitor project profitability, cost analysis, and variance reporting. MIS & Reporting Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports for management and investors. Track project cash flows and fund utilization. Analyze financial performance and present actionable insights. Project Finance & Treasury Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for project funding. Manage loan documentation, drawdowns, compliance, and debt servicing. Monitor working capital and liquidity requirements. Business Coordination Work closely with various teams on project funding.
Support management in strategic financial decision-making. Required Qualifications CA / MBA Finance / CMA preferred. 5โ6 years of relevant experience in real estate finance. Strong understanding of: Real estate project financing Cash flow management Financial modelling MIS reporting
