Collections Manager

Job Description – CRM Collection Manager (Residential Projects) Location: Wadala, Mumbai Industry: Real Estate Experience: 5–10 Years About the Role We are seeking an experienced CRM Collection Manager to lead the collections function for residential real estate projects. The role involves driving timely collections, managing customer relationships, overseeing receivables, and leading the CRM team to ensure seamless customer service and collection operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the CRM team for residential projects.

Drive collection targets and ensure timely recovery of customer payments. Oversee end-to-end collection activities, including demand generation and payment follow-ups. Ensure timely issuance of demand letters as per construction milestones.

Monitor outstanding receivables and prepare aging analysis reports. Review team performance and provide guidance to achieve collection goals. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Project teams for collection-related matters.

Handle escalated customer queries related to payment schedules, account statements, and outstanding dues. Ensure accurate maintenance of customer records and payment updates in the CRM system. Oversee payment reconciliation and documentation processes.

Support registration, possession, and handover activities from a collections perspective. Prepare MIS reports on collections, receivables, and recovery status for management review. Train, mentor, and develop CRM team members to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). 5–10 years of experience in CRM Collections within the Real Estate industry. Mandatory experience in handling residential real estate projects. Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience.

Strong knowledge of collection processes, demand generation, receivables management, and customer relationship management. Proficient in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
