The ideal candidate will partner closely with senior leadership to support key business decisions and ensure financial excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead Strategic Finance, Budgeting, and Business Planning initiatives Drive Project Finance, Capital Planning, and M&A activities Partner with leadership on business strategy and financial decision-making Manage Treasury Operations, Banking Relationships, and Investor Relations Oversee Financial Reporting, Audit, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance Strengthen Corporate Governance, Internal Controls, and Risk Management Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team Requirements Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of relevant experience Strong expertise in Strategic Finance, Treasury, Capital Planning, and Corporate Finance Proven experience in financial leadership and stakeholder management Industry exposure to Winding Wire, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, or related sectors preferred Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Based in Kolkata or willing to relocate
