Role Overview: As the Manager – Corporate Finance , you will be responsible for overseeing all finance and accounting operations at ABD Maestro.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends financial expertise with business strategy, operational excellence, and compliance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a pivotal role in building strong financial controls as we scale. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily/monthly/year-end accounting and closings in SAP Prepare and analyze MIS reports , working closely with the co-owner finance team Partner with Marketing and Commercial functions to drive financial performance Ensure compliance with State Excise Laws , Customs , and Import procedures Establish and strengthen financial & operational control systems Lead Statutory, Tax, and Regulatory audits Monitor Receivables , manage Vendor accounts , and handle periodic reconciliations Independently handle Trial Balance , P&L , and Finalization of Accounts Oversee timely compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other statutory dues Provide financial insight on Sales , Collections , and Inventory Work extensively in SAP ERP Review business contracts and ensure adherence to commercial terms Lead and develop a small but capable finance team What’s in It for You: Be part of a premium, high-impact business with startup energy and corporate backing Opportunity to shape financial strategy in a fast-growing brand Work in a space that values ownership, creativity, and growth Experience: 3+ Years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts in FMCG, FMCD and Alcohol Beverage SAP knowledge will be added advantage.
