Job DescriptionAbout the Role Mentor Match is looking for a Performance Copywriter to craft high-converting ad copy across Google, Meta, and other digital channels. You'll write scroll-stopping, results-driven copy that drives tutor sign-ups and parent/student enrollments across our IGCSE, British, American, IB, and CBSE curricula. What You'll Do Write and test ad copy (headlines, primary text, CTAs) for Meta, Google, and affiliate campaigns Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align copy with campaign goals and audience segments A/B test messaging to optimize CTR, conversion, and cost-per-acquisition Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences (parents, students, tutors) and markets (UAE, India) Write landing page copy, email campaigns, and social ad creatives Stay on top of trends in performance marketing and edtech messaging
