Hiring | Conversational AI Engineer Spectral Consultants is hiring for one of the leading Insurance MNCs —an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-driven voice and conversational solutions . Role Details Location: Hyderabad / Pune Experience: 4 – 11 Years Work Mode: Hybrid What You’ll Do • Build intelligent voice bots & virtual assistants using LLMs & Generative AI • Implement Prompt Engineering & RAG architectures for accurate responses • Develop and deploy bots on platforms like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex & Genesys Cloud • Work on Speech-to-Text & Text-to-Speech systems using Whisper & Azure Speech Services • Integrate bots with backend systems using APIs for real-time interactions • Enhance NLU/NLP capabilities including intent detection & sentiment analysis • Monitor and improve bot performance KPIs (AHT, containment, CSAT, etc.) • Ensure secure, compliant, and responsible AI implementations What We’re Looking For ✔️ Experience in Conversational AI / Chatbot / Voice Bot development ✔️ Hands-on with Dialogflow / Lex / Genesys platforms ✔️ Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and API integrations ✔️ Proficiency in Python / Node.js
