Construction Contracts Manager

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a specialist Fire Protection Company to recruit a Contracts Manager. Your new company works on large-scale construction projects across Ireland and internationally, providing top-quality fireproofing & M&E packages

Your new role as Contracts Manager

• Be the bridge between engineering, site and design teams
• Work with commercial and design teams on projects from tender to handover
• Regularly review contract progress with budgets and timelines in mind
• Onboard subcontractors and negotiate terms with them
• Delegate work to direct reports
• Review purchasing and supply chain for contracts
• Forecast contracts

What you'll need to be successful

• 3 years experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager
• Degree level education is desirable but not required
• Previous experience in Fireproofing or M&E is desirable
• Full driver's licence
