Compliance Analyst II – Data Analysis

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the effective execution of controls and procedures related to regulatory requirements, focusing on the quality, integrity and compliance of information reported to the Central Bank of Brazil.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and reports for monitoring regulatory demands and supporting Senior Management.
• Design and implement data quality tests for information provided to the regulator.
• Support the development of presentations for Committees and other institutional forums.
• Prepare technical documentation formalizing the procedures applied.
• Monitor compliance with deadlines and requests from the Central Bank regarding data quality, in accordance with Joint Resolution 18.
• Apply trends and best practices related to the regulatory framework, particularly in Analytics and Data Science.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or equivalent fields.
• Experience in data analysis applied to quality management or similar processes.
• Strong report writing skills and critical judgment.
• Proficiency with data management and analytics tools (Power BI, Databricks, AWS, Python or equivalents).
• Good communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations.

Demonstrates expertise in regulatory compliance, data quality management, and analytics, with a strong focus on developing KPIs and reports to support senior management. Proficient in utilizing data management tools to ensure the integrity and quality of information reported to regulatory bodies.
