The role is responsible for the commercial calendar, cycle planning rigor, activity planning, execution readiness and commercial building blocks that connect E2E Planning to IBP and field execution.This role exists to close the gap between strategy and execution. It ensures that commercial choices become clear plans, investment is sequenced properly, innovation and activities are execution-ready, and findings from performance are fed back into the planning cycle.**Boundaries, support or blocking issue**Regional / customer plan translationDecides how approved channel plans are translated into regional, customer and cycle plans, including activity sequencing, cycle brief content, execution requirements and readiness achievements.Works with Category / Channel Development, Sales, Activation, Key Accounts, RGM, Finance, Supply and Marketing. Advances where plans are not executable, underfunded, misaligned with IBP or inconsistent with customer / channel priorities.Commercial calendar and activity planningRecommends activity prioritization, timing, M&E requirements, building-block assumptions and execution dependencies.Must align with E2E Planning choices, RGM guardrails, A&P / trade investment guidelines, innovation timelines, supply availability and field execution capacity.## Functional & Leadership Responsibilities· Translate Category / Channel Development plans into regional, customer and cycle plans.· Lead the commercial calendar and cycle planning process.· Build the link between E2E Planning and IBP by consolidating commercial building blocks and activity assumptions.· Coordinate activity planning, pre-M&E, post-M&E and learning loops.· Ensure Sales, Activation and Key Account teams receive clear cycle briefs, execution standards, timings, toolkits and customer-ready materials.· Integrate value and execution rigor through trade investment, A&P, promotional value, pricing / promo implications and compliance requirements.· Lead cross-functional planning routines to reduce fragmentation and improve execution readiness.## Key Outputs / Deliverables1.

Planning Governance Pack**Requirements**:* 5-7 years of progressive experience in Customer Marketing, Commercial Planning, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Excellence or Sales Strategy within FMCG or a similarly complex consumer business.* Experience building or improving commercial planning processes, governance and ways of working, particularly in organizations undergoing transformation or capability development.* Experience on implementing IBP, forecast demand or similar from a Commercial point of view t build upon Commercial Building Blocks* Demonstrated experience translating brand and category strategies into customer and channel execution plans.* Experience building or improving commercial planning processes, governance and ways of working, particularly in organizations undergoing transformation or capability development.* Experience working across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Revenue Growth Management to align priorities and deliver business outcomes.* Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives without direct people management responsibility.Flexibility is key to our success.
