Join our vibrant team at Five Senses Coffee as we search for an enthusiastic and upbeat Coffee Sales and Account Manager to join us in Northbridge. In this full‑time position, you’ll be an integral part of a team dedicated to forging strong relationships and loyal partnerships with cafes and restaurants across Western Australia.

As a Sales and Account Manager, your mission is to contribute to the growth of our coffee programmes. You’ll achieve this by equipping café owners and baristas with the knowledge, skills, and resources essential for creating exceptional coffee experiences in their cafes. We’re not just about coffee – we’re about fostering a culture where cafes thrive and customers savour every sip.

Requirements

• Specialty coffee knowledge and broad hospitality experience, with an eagerness to share your expertise and continue growing as a coffee professional.
• A proven track record in sales and account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong computer literacy, with the ability to confidently use CRM systems, Microsoft Office and other in‑house technology to manage customer relationships, reporting and day‑to‑day administration.
• A valid driver’s licence is essential for this role.

In this role, you’ll focus on both growing our client base and strengthening existing relationships across Perth and surrounding areas. Using your creativity and natural ability to build strong relationships, you’ll support a diverse range of clients, from emerging entrepreneurs to experienced café managers, head baristas and business owners.

You’ll showcase your coffee expertise, sales and account management skills while applying strategic thinking to identify opportunities and drive results. Strong administrative, organisational and analytical skills will also be essential, enabling you to produce accurate reports and provide valuable, actionable insights. You will report to the WA Sales Manager.
