Cloud Solution Engineer (24x7 Product Support)

Location: Bangalore (Candidates currently based in Bangalore only)

We are looking for a Cloud Solution Engineer to join our growing team and support mission-critical cloud platforms for global customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with Linux and cloud technologies, and delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical and product support for cloud-based applications and services.
• Troubleshoot Linux servers, applications, networking, and cloud infrastructure issues.
• Monitor production environments, investigate alerts, and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
• Work directly with customers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to drive issue resolution.
• Document troubleshooting steps, root causes, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in a 24x7 support model with monthly rotational shifts.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Product Support, or Cloud Support.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Good understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS.
• Experience with monitoring systems, ticketing platforms, and SSH tools for remote server access, troubleshooting, and incident handling.
• Familiarity with log analysis and basic scripting (Bash preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational support environment.

Preferred Skills

• Kubernetes and Docker
• Monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar observability platforms
• ITIL knowledge
• AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications
