Clinical Nurse III: Adult Emergency Department

Albany Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse III for our Adult Emergency Department. This pivotal role is critical for providing high-quality emergency care to our patients within an innovative healthcare environment that combines acute patient care, medical education, and biomedical research. The ideal candidate will bring a compassionate approach along with a commitment to clinical excellence, joining a team that is at the forefront of medical care. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a high-stress adult emergency setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Document patient care services and maintain accurate medical records. Advocate for and educate patients and their families on health care issues creating a compassionate environment. Manage patient care with specific knowledge and consultation from the multidisciplinary team and specialized resources.
