Clinical Nurse II: C5: Vascular Surgery

We are currently seeking a skilled, compassionate, and dedicated Clinical Nurse II to join our Vascular Surgery team on ward C5. In this role, you will manage patient care in a dynamic team environment, working alongside top professionals in vascular health.

This position requires a detail-oriented approach, excellent patient management skills, and a passion for providing high-quality medical care. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients with vascular conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Monitor patient status and responses to treatments, adjusting nursing plans as necessary. Educate patients and families about vascular health, surgical procedures, ongoing care, and lifestyle adjustments. Advocate for patient needs and maintain up-to-date patient records.

Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives within the department. Strong clinical skills with a focus on vascular health Ability to operate specialized nursing equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capacity to work effectively in a team environment Proficient in electronic medical record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of operation. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred.
