Clinical Nurse

As a Senior Clinical Nurse, you will: Lead, support, and mentor a small team of nurses (up to 5) Deliver safe, effective, and patient‑centred care in homes, hospitals, and via virtual consultations Support patients transitioning from hospital to community care Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, carers, NHS hospitals, and key stakeholders Monitor and manage performance against KPIs, audits, and service standards Deputise for the Nurse Manager when required Participate in the on‑call rota Qualifications We are seeking three experienced and motivated Senior Clinical Nurses to join our Patient Solutions team, delivering high‑quality care as part of the Baxter Homecare Programme.
