We're looking for an experienced Team Leader or Practice Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting Mental Health and Healthcare services.

About the role

This is a non‑clinical leadership role focused on providing operational oversight, developing staff, driving service quality and ensuring programs are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with best practice.

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day service operations.
• Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Manage workforce planning, performance and team development.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About you

• Leadership experience within Mental Health, Healthcare, NDIS, Disability or Community Services.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong operational, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of NDIS and/or complex mental health services.
• Passionate about supporting teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

• National Police Check
• Working With Children Check (Ochre card)
• Current driver’s licence
• Strong communication, advocacy, and relationship‑building skills
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals, families, and communities

Additional information

• Salaries from $95,000 – 112,000 + super!
