Client Analyst

Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a leading global investment management firm to recruit a Client Relationship Officer. This role is office based and is a maternity cover. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring connectivity and effectively managing expectations.

Act as a key point of contact, navigating internal teams to resolve service challenges and deliver seamless solutions. Drive an enhanced client experience through clear, transparent communication and consistent execution. Participate in regulatory, platform, and client-related change initiatives.

Take ownership of the overall client service experience, particularly in relation to implementation activity. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all client outputs, including reporting, pricing data, and invoices, by working collaboratively across internal teams. Manage operational change requests and communicate progress and completion to stakeholders.

Identify and resolve service issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing long‑term improvements. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in client service, financial services, or a similar role.

Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and support decision‑making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Comfortable using digital platforms and tools to support client service delivery. Proactive and positive approach, with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding client experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
