About the Role

Step into a Project Engineer role with a direct pathway to Project Management. You’ll lead project engineering activities across major civil infrastructure projects, working closely with a collaborative, high‑performing team across Greater Brisbane.

Duties

• Lead end‑to‑end site engineering to deliver civil projects safely and on time
• Coordinate subcontractors, resources, and short‑term programming
• Manage design interpretation and resolve technical issues on site
• Oversee QA, compliance, and site documentation
• Mentor junior engineers and manage client/stakeholder relationships

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project or Senior Site Engineer in civil construction
• Delivered major civil projects – roads, subdivisions, earthworks, drainage
• Strong technical capability with QA, safety, and commercial awareness
• Degree‑qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Confident communicator with clients, consultants, and site teams
