Company Website: https://www.doodhvalefarms.com Role Overview: We are looking for a result-driven City Manager to lead end-to-end last mile delivery operations for the city. This role involves managing large on-ground teams, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, optimizing inventory flow, and consistently delivering on key business KPIs including TAT, cost, and customer experience.

Location: Chandigarh, Punjab Key Responsibilities : Own and manage complete last mile delivery operations for the assigned city Lead and scale a team of Team Leads, Supervisors, and Delivery Associates (100+) Drive daily execution of delivery SLAs , ensuring high on-time delivery and low failure rates Manage hub operations, inventory flow, and dispatch planning for smooth order fulfillment Monitor and improve key metrics : TAT, cost per delivery, productivity, shrinkage, and customer satisfaction Handle vendor and fleet management , ensuring optimal utilization and cost efficiency Resolve operational escalations and implement process improvements Collaborate with central teams (Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Planning) Ensure compliance, safety, and SOP adherence across operations Key Requirements : 4–8 years of experience in last mile / E-commerce operations Proven experience managing large field teams (50–100+) Strong understanding of instant/quick commerce delivery models Hands-on with daily operations, problem-solving, and stakeholder management Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment What We Offer : High ownership role with city-level impact Fast-paced growth and learning environment Opportunity to scale operations from ground up Application Form: https://forms.gle/qTYcMrHUyQrAegZXA
