Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Trade Operations professional with strong experience in the Capital Markets domain and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day trade and business operations.
• Ensure smooth production support and timely resolution of operational issues.
• Handle internal, external and regulatory audits, including SEBI inspections.
• Conduct mock drills and operational readiness activities.
• Review and maintain operational documents, checklists and manuals.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review defects and provide UAT sign-off.
• Review business requirements, functional specifications and impact analysis.
• Prepare and review test scenarios and test cases.
• Drive process improvements and identify gaps in existing processes.
• Coordinate with Business, Technology, Testing and Operations teams.
• Manage communication with external stakeholders such as Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, Regulators, Banks and Depositories.
• Manage and develop team members, including skill development and job rotation.

Key Requirements:

• 15–18 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory experience in Capital Markets / Financial Markets.
• Strong understanding of Trading Operations.
• Experience across products such as:
• Equity
• Equity Derivatives
• Currency Derivatives
• Commodity Derivatives
• Good understanding of Exchange functions, Securities Market and Risk Management.
• Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience in UAT, testing and business operations.
• Strong team management and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good documentation and MS Office skills.
• Candidates should be currently working with a stable career history.
• Candidates with frequent job changes or long career gaps will not be considered.

Education: B.Tech / BE / MCA / MBA / CA or relevant graduation.
