Join AgileOne's Client Services team and play a critical role in supporting workforce management programs for global clients. As a Client Services Professional, you will partner with clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service, manage requisitions, support system administration, and ensure seamless program operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and contingent workers.
• Manage requisitions, candidate submissions, reporting, audits, and workforce program operations.
• Support and administer Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass, Beeline and IQNavigator.
• Deliver training, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Generate reports, analyze program performance, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with implementation, onboarding, payroll, and account management teams to drive operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in MSP environment for staff augmentation, managing clients, and suppliers
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with VMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
