Job Title: Senior Faculty / Teacher – Chemistry (IIT-JEE & NEET)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly passionate, result-oriented, and experienced Chemistry Teacher to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, concept-based lectures to students in classes 11, 12, and repeaters/droppers batches, preparing them rigorously for competitive exams like IIT-JEE (Mains & Advanced) and NEET.

Core Academic Responsibilities

• Lecture Delivery: Conduct interactive classroom sessions covering Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
• Concept Simplification: Break down complex topics like mechanisms, thermodynamics, and coordination compounds into easily digestible segments.
• Curriculum Alignment: Design and follow a strict weekly lecture plan aligned with the changing patterns of NTA (JEE/NEET).
• Hybrid Teaching: Utilize digital tools, smartboards, and online portals to manage physical and digital classrooms seamlessly.

Content Development & Testing

• Material Design: Author comprehensive theory booklets, quick-revision notes, and formula sheets.
• Practice Problems: Create Daily Practice Problems (DPPs) categorized by difficulty levels (Easy, Medium, Hard).
• Test Creation: Build high-yield mock tests, chapter-wise quizzes, and full-length test series matching current JEE Advanced and NEET trends.
• Answer Keys: Provide flawless, step-by-step written or video solutions for all institutional test papers.

Student Support & Performance Tracking

• Doubt Resolution: Dedicated hours to solve individual student queries face-to-face or via online discussion forums.
• Progress Monitoring: Analyze bi-weekly test data to identify weak areas for individual students.
• Remedial Action: Conduct backup and booster classes for underperforming students to bring them up to pace.
• Mentorship: Offer routine academic counseling to help students manage exam stress and improve time-management skills.

Administrative & Parent Engagement

• Parent-Teacher Meetings: Participate in PTMs to present objective performance reports to parents.
• Attendance Management: Track and report student absenteeism to the center management team promptly.
• Co-faculty Coordination: Work closely with Physics and Mathematics/Biology faculties to balance student workload.
