Chartered Accountant

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in Mumbai. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and preparing budget forecasts. In addition, the role entails auditing financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Accounts
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Taxation
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in MIS (Management Information Systems)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory compliance, GST, TDS, and income tax.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
