Chartered Accountant

We're Hiring | Chartered Accountant (CA) | Mumbai (On-Site)

CoKaCo, a part of NNM Group, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Mumbai team. This opportunity offers hands-on experience working with startups and SMEs across fundraising, valuation, strategic finance, and transaction advisory projects.

What You'll Do:

• Develop financial models and perform valuation analysis

• Work on company buy-sell transactions and private equity execution

• Conduct due diligence, research, and transaction documentation

• Prepare investment memoranda, pitch books, and presentations

• Build and manage relationships with clients, investors, and lenders

• Support risk assessment, SWOT analysis, and strategic financial planning

• Collaborate with internal teams on high-impact projects

What We're Looking For:

✔ Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification

✔ Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities

✔ Knowledge of SEBI ICDR regulations and capital market processes

✔ Experience or exposure to fund advisory/investment banking (preferred)

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
