Overview
In this role you will own and grow the partner ecosystem across the UK and Europe for a rapidly expanding cyber security business. You will recruit, onboard and enable VARs, distributors, MSPs and technology partners, driving partner-generated revenue in a high-growth environment. You’ll align with marketing and sales teams to execute joint go-to-market activity and ensure strong partner performance.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop and manage strategic channel partners across the UK and EMEA
- Grow relationships with VARs, distributors, MSPs and technology partners
- Drive partner pipeline and revenue against targets
- Create and execute partner business plans to maximise growth
- Deliver onboarding, enablement and ongoing engagement programmes
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events and demand generation
- Identify new partner opportunities and expand the network
- Build executive-level relationships with key partners
- Work with internal sales and technical teams to maximise partner success
- Monitor partner performance, forecast pipeline and report KPIs
Key requirements
- Current or previous experience as Channel Manager, Partner Manager, Alliance Manager or similar within Cyber Security
- At least 5 years experience building and managing channel partnerships
- Proven experience with security-focused VARs, distributors, MSPs and partners across UK and Europe
- Demonstrated success recruiting, enabling and growing channel partners to generate revenue
- Experience developing partner business plans, enablement programmes and go-to-market initiatives
- Strong knowledge of the Cyber Security market (endpoint, network, data security or related solutions)
- Commercial mindset with strong relationship management, negotiation and communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work autonomously while collaborating with teams
