Role: Change Management Analyst

Location: Brazil (Remote)

Ideal Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Internship experience in IT service management or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of IT service management, with a focus on change management.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic IT environment.
• ITIL certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus.
• Process Coordination: Assist in the coordination of change management processes, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Meeting Administration: Provide administrative support for change management meetings, including the preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
• Metrics & Reporting: Assist in generating comprehensive change management reports and metrics for review by leadership.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts by identifying key opportunities to enhance the change management lifecycle.
• ITIL Practices: Learn, develop, and apply foundational ITIL best practices to all daily tasks and operational responsibilities.
• Operational Flexibility: Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management.
• Familiarity with IT systems and tools used in change management is a plus.
