Change Analyst

We're partnering with a well-established organisation to find an experienced Change Analyst to join a high profile transformation program.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working closely with stakeholders and driving successful business change outcomes.

You'll play a key role in delivering end-to-end change activities across business initiatives, ensuring people are engaged, prepared and supported throughout the change journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments and identify risks, opportunities and business impacts.
• Develop and execute change management, communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Support business readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of change.
• Create training materials and facilitate training sessions where required.
• Engage with stakeholders across the business, building strong relationships and providing trusted change advice.
• Monitor and report on change progress, stakeholder sentiment and adoption metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of change practices and frameworks.

About You

• 4+ years experience in a dedicated Change Analyst role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting business and technology change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience developing communications, training materials and business readiness plans.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working within Agile environments is advantageous.
• Financial services or other regulated industry experience is highly regarded.
