The successful candidate will be a full-time tenured faculty member in the department, providing strategic leadership and remaining active in research. Applicants for the Chair position must have an earned doctorate in a relevant discipline, a distinguished record of research, teaching, and academic mentoring, and a proven track record of scholarship. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic leadership, administrative experience, and a successful track record in fundraising.
