Job Description

Lead catering operations with excellence as a Catering Operations Manager. Ensure service quality, safety, and brand standards are met for every event while cultivating a hands-on management approach. The Catering Operations Manager will oversee both internal and external catering functions.

This role requires a deep understanding of event management, menu planning, and team leadership. You will collaborate with sales teams to confirm details and maintain a high standard for all catering experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Lead execution of catering functions from setup to dismantling • Partner with sales for menu and staffing coordination • Develop innovative catering concepts for diverse events • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement operational improvements • Manage annual budgets and financial performance metrics Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Hospitality or related field • Over 5 years of catering or banqueting experience • Proven leadership in a high-volume setting • Strong financial management skills • ProServe certification and a Class 5 driver’s license Bring your leadership and culinary insight to enhance the guest experience and drive operational success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
