OnCare is building a new-age cancer care platform focused on making high-quality oncology treatment accessible, affordable, and deeply patient-centric. Role Overview We’re looking for a high-ownership leader to build and scale our Bangalore market. This is a city leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for growth, business development, patient experience, and city-level P&L.
You’ll own the full demand engine—online and offline—while unlocking new growth levers, building partnerships, and leading execution on the ground. What You’ll Own Drive Bangalore growth across online and offline channels Build and optimize patient acquisition & referral funnels Identify new demand levers and local growth opportunities Lead city business development and manage the BD team Build partnerships with hospitals, doctors, diagnostics, corporates & ecosystem players Own city revenue, margins, and overall P&L Improve patient journey and experience across touchpoints Collaborate cross-functionally with ops, marketing, and care teams Who We’re Looking For 3–6 years of experience in growth, business, operations, category, or city leadership roles Strong startup experience preferred Proven ability to operate in high-ambiguity, high-ownership environments Strong analytical skills with comfort in numbers and P&L ownership Deep customer/patient obsession Ability to lead teams and drive execution independently Preferred background: IIT / NIT / IIM / MDI / XLRI / SP Jain / SRCC Why Join Us Own and scale a city business early in your career Build in one of India’s most meaningful healthcare categories Work directly with founders Create real impact on patient lives
