NO THIRD PARTIES PLEASE Project and Requirements (Required) The Senior Business Analyst (contractor) will be required to provide customer and solution support for enterprise and operational projects. LOOKING FOR THOSE WITH EXPERIENCE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: SERVICENOW SYSTEMS ERP SYSTEMS Enterprise Technology Asset Management (ETAM) Public Safety Requirements: Minimum 8 years of senior-level Business Analyst experience Strong understanding of Agile methodology Ability to provide comprehensive analysis across customer, vendor, and team settings and translate findings into formal documentation Skilled in conducting customer workshops for requirements elicitation and translating outputs into formal artifacts for development teams Capable of providing analysis support during design and product sessions and producing documentation to support both active development and historical records (e.g., BRD, FSD, diagrams) Proficient in developing test plans and scripts for comprehensive testing, tracking, and customer approvals Must have the following skillset: BASIC HIGH LEVEL BUSINESS ANALYST SKILLS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT SOFT SKILLS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT MUST KNOW HOW TO READ THE ROOM – MUST HAVE SELF CONFIDENT PRESENCE AND KNOW WHERE TO GO TO GLEAN NECESSARY INFORMATION MUST BE ABLE TO RUN WORKSHOPS, BE ABLE TO PIVOT IN A HIGHLY PRESSURED ENVIRONMENT DOCUMENTATION AND TRANSCRIBING INFORMATION EXTREMELY IMPORTANT MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH VERY LARGE ERP PROJECTS ABILITY TO PRESENT TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT, RUN MEETINGS AND WORKSHOPS MUST HAVE UNDERSTANDING OF LARGE ERP EFFORTS Role and Responsibilities of the Resource Request (Required) Key Responsibilities: Create and update business and functional requirement documents to support implementation efforts Develop and maintain business workflow processes for applicable business operations Support project teams (Development, QA, PM) in all business analysis activities, including: Business process optimization (BPO) Requirements elicitation and grooming Work item prioritization and creation Document review and user acceptance testing Maintenance and support activities as assigned Ensure full support and delivery of project objectives and deliverables (100%) Scheduled Milestones and Deliverables (Required) Tracking and completion of sprints every 2–3 weeks Metrics to Measure Performance (Required) Schedule Variance: Adherence to established timelines and sprint goals Customer Satisfaction: Quality of collaboration, communication, and deliverables Productivity Monitoring: Timely completion of assigned analysis tasks and documentation
