Business Solutions Analyst (New York)

One of the largest Real Estate investment management firms in the world, with over 80 billion in assets under management, is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to partner closely with the Portfolio Finance team and help deliver software and processes that support their business objectives. Key Responsibilities  Lead and manage projects related to investor reporting and other applications supporting Portfolio Finance initiatives, including new fund launches.  Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements; define project scope; and translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables.  Produce high-quality documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, UI concepts, project plans, status updates, test scripts, and training materials. Required Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field  3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related role  Experience developing or supporting accounting-related or investor reporting systems.
