Job Description

Business Sales Agent At OSL, partnered with the Amazon Key Division, you will lead B2B sales and market penetration within the multi‑family housing sector in Ontario. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay with commissions and incentives totaling up to $50,000–$70,000 per year Comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental coverage Tools for success: smartphone and branded company materials Paid training program to develop your role Ongoing support and coaching from sales team and management Flexible work schedule with opportunities for advancement Responsibilities Drive outbound marketing efforts to generate leads and expand Amazon Key’s presence in multi‑family housing Conduct daily cold calls, emails, and outreach campaigns to engage property managers, owner/operators, and other key decision‑makers Schedule and lead in‑person and virtual sales presentations showcasing Amazon Key solutions Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales funnel from initial interest to installation Strategically position Amazon Key as the preferred access solution by understanding customer needs and pain points Provide regular updates on outreach activities, sales pipeline, and market feedback to the Sales Team Manager Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling to maximize sales impact Represent Amazon Key with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a results‑driven mindset Perform any other duties as needed to drive marketing and sales success Qualifications Experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, or B2B sales, preferably targeting property managers or real estate professionals Proven ability to drive engagement through cold calling, email outreach, and prospecting strategies Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills to convey Amazon Key’s value effectively Self‑motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing a high‑volume outreach pipeline Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to support customer needs Required to work either in our Mississauga office or in the field five days a week (based on business needs) Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, with flexibility for occasional in‑person meetings Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation Equal Opportunity Employer OSL is an equal opportunity employer.
