Become the Lead Agency Sales and Partnerships Director at Flair Airlines. Leverage your expertise to shape the travel trade strategy and drive growth in air-only revenue. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this leadership position requires you to create and execute sales strategies focused on the travel agency channel.

You’ll foster key partnerships and develop competitive commission incentives, all while enhancing Flair's market presence across Canadian airports. Your strategic mindset will help ensure measurable commercial performance.
