We are recruiting for a Business Manager to join a prestigious luxury beauty retailer in the heart of Dublin. You'll take ownership of the business, leading a high-performing team while driving sales, profitability and exceptional customer service.

Business Manager Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.
• Manage recruitment, training and succession planning.
• Analyse performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee payroll, stock, costs and operational standards.
• Build strong customer relationships and maximise clienteling opportunities.
• Work closely with senior leadership to deliver business objectives.

• Proven management experience within luxury, premium beauty, fashion or high-end retail.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Excellent leadership and people-development skills.
• Passionate about luxury and delivering exceptional service.
• Confident managing KPIs, budgets and performance.
• Commercially driven, proactive and highly organised.
