This is a site-based role, which will include travel to other UK sites. Drive new business growth through high-volume outbound calls, alongside targeted cold-calling activities. Convert enquiries into long-term customers and create opportunities through building strong relationships. Manage multi-channel communication across telephone, email and live chat by using customer-focused and persuasive sales techniques Person Specification: At least 2 years' experience within sales, business development, telemarketing or a similar customer-facing role. A proactive approach, with knowledge of using CRM software, email and live chat communication platforms.
