Business Development Manager - Waste Management Location: Covering Leicester to Coventry Package: £35,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £50k+) & Company Car + Fuel Card Join a forward-thinking, fast-growing waste management business that's genuinely making a difference. You'll play a key role in growing the Leicester to Coventry patch, taking ownership of your territory and making a real impact on revenue. If you enjoy being out in the field, opening doors, and closing deals, this role offers both autonomy and strong earning potential. What You'll Be Doing Proactively winning new business through outbound activity Creating tailored proposals that meet client needs and close deals Achieving revenue targets through securing long-term contracts Building strong, lasting relationships to drive customer retention Spotting and capitalising on new market opportunities What We're Looking For Proven B2B sales experience (waste management or related industry preferred) A track record of hitting and exceeding targets Confident, personable, and commercially aware Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region What's in It for You?
