With over a decade of experience, strong insurer relationships, and an accelerating franchise network, we are actively expanding across Ontario and positioning for national growth.

Role Overview This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a relationship-first, growth-focused leadership position. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships across the insurance and property management ecosystem while supporting franchise development and brand consistency across all regions.

You will act as the primary driver of referral pipelines, vendor relationships, and franchise growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Relationship & Network Development Build and maintain high-level relationships with insurance adjusters, claims managers, carrier representatives, insurance brokers, property management/facility operators, trade partners (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.), and vendor networks. Develop strategic partnerships that generate consistent, high-quality referral volume.

Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows (e.g., OIAA, claims conferences). Franchise Growth & Support Support franchise recruitment through lead generation campaigns and industry outreach. Assist in onboarding new franchisees by establishing their local market relationships and supporting early-stage business development.

Ensure brand consistency and messaging standards are upheld across all franchise territories. Brand Development & Market Positioning Strengthen Structured Restoration’s reputation as a “preferred vendor.” Oversee marketing collateral, including digital presence (SEO/Social direction) and adjuster-facing documentation. Align all messaging with industry expectations: insurance-grade documentation, rapid response, and total transparency.

Strategic Growth Initiatives Identify and pursue vendor program opportunities (e.g., TPA programs like Sedgwick, Intact Rely, etc.). Develop targeted campaigns for commercial property accounts and multi-unit residential portfolios. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery matches marketing promises.

Qualifications Industry Experience (Mandatory): 5+ years in business development or relationship management. Must have past experience working directly with claims within the restoration industry. Network: Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks within the insurance and property management sectors.

Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. Mindset: Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Attributes Relationship-Driven: Highly personable and able to navigate professional and social environments with ease.
