About The Company A trusted brand of convenience products for shoppers' convenience and to boost sales for retailers. Duties & Responsibilities The Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing and growing a premium FMCG client portfolio across the Midlands and East Anglia regions. Account management (80%) and new business development (20%) Developing trusted partnerships with decision-makers including store managers to purchasing teams. Identify growth opportunities, implement effective sales strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the client journey. Regular territory travel to maintain face-to-face relationships with existing clients. Developing new business opportunities within the geographical area. Experience & Skills Needed Minimum two years' sales experience within the FMCG sector Proven track record in account management and business development. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach Able to build enduring relationships founded on trust and reliability.
