Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive - Enterprise & B2B Tech | Hyderabad | 3–6 Years Experience | Full-Time

The role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is ready to own their number and then some. You will work a blend of leads from our marketing and inside sales teams, while actively building your own pipeline. This is a role for someone who enjoys the full arc of enterprise sales from the first conversation to a signed statement of work.

You are 3 - 6 years in. You have sold in a B2B or tech services environment. You know how to navigate long cycles, multiple stakeholders, and deals that require patience as much as persistence.

What you'll do :

• Work leads generated by marketing and inside sales qualify, nurture, and convert them with purpose
• Build your own pipeline in parallel proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building
• Engage with CXOs, IT leaders, and operations heads who make or influence buying decisions
• Partner with our presales and delivery teams to shape solutions that genuinely fit client needs
• Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through contracting
• Stay close to your accounts post-engagement to spot growth and expansion opportunities
• Represent AppsTek at industry forums, events, and wherever meaningful conversations happen .

What we are looking for :

• 3 - 6 years of experience in B2B or enterprise technology services sales
• Comfortable working both inbound leads and generating your own you do not wait for opportunities, you create them
• Able to hold a credible conversation with senior stakeholders about digital transformation, cloud, or AI without leaning on jargon
• Familiar with long, complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
• Exposure to Oracle, cloud services, or AI-led engagements is a plus not a prerequisite
• Based in Hyderabad or ready to Relocate
