Business Development Executive

Advynx is a PPC agency working exclusively with eCommerce and DTC brands. We help online stores scale profitably through Google Ads, Shopping, and Performance Max. As we grow our client base, we're looking for a Business Development Executive to join us on-site in Ahmedabad.

Role details:

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Experience: Minimum 1 year in business development, or lead generation in IT Services or Digital Agencies

Compensation: Best in the market + performance bonus

What you'll be doing

- Identify and research potential eCommerce brands that fit our client profile

- Reach out through , email, and other channels to start conversations with prospects

- Qualify leads and set up discovery calls for the founder/leadership team

- Manage and update the sales pipeline consistently in our CRM

- Track outreach activity, follow-ups, and conversion numbers, and report on them weekly

- Coordinate with the marketing team to align outreach with ongoing campaigns and case studies

What we're looking for

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in outbound prospecting or business development, agency background preferred

- Comfortable with cold outreach (, email, calls) and not hesitant to start conversations with strangers

- Organized and consistent with pipeline tracking, this role needs discipline, not just hustle

- Good written and spoken English, you'll be speaking with brand founders and marketing heads

- Basic understanding of digital marketing or Google Ads is a plus, not mandatory, we'll train you on this

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
