Key Responsibilities

• Identify publishing and partnership opportunities.
• Build relationships with artists, songwriters, composers, labels and managers.
• Present our services and participate in commercial discussions.
• Support creator and catalogue onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Represent Surmayi Records in meetings and industry interactions.

Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Knowledge of music publishing, copyright and royalties.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in music, media, entertainment or business development.
• A proactive, organised and target-oriented approach.
• Existing music-industry relationships would be an advantage.
