Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst

Position Overview We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support digital transformation and operational programs in the energy sector. These roles focus on requirements management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring deliverables align with project objectives. Senior-level candidates will work closely with technical SMEs on specifications and standards.

Ideal candidates possess strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage Requirements Traceability Matrices ensuring requirements are documented, tracked, and validated Facilitate collaboration between Engineering, Operations, and IT stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements Work with technical SMEs to document specifications, standards, and integration points Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with requirements and project plans Coordinate stakeholder reviews and feedback on deliverablesManage project documentation and version control Identify project risks and support mitigation strategies Support quality assurance processes and testing activities Desired Skills Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses Support data management initiatives Experience with operational technology systems in energy environments Experience standardizing reporting frameworks Support automation or digital transformation initiatives Additional Capabilities Understanding of midstream operations or energy infrastructure Knowledge of Reliability Engineering or Asset Management processes Experience with major energy sector organizations Qualifications Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail Oil & Gas or Energy industry experience preferred Proven experience creating project documentation and tracking deliverables Exceptional communication skills across organizational levels Strong proficiency with Excel and documentation management systems Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively General understanding of technical concepts Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Terms and Conditions To find out more information or to apply for this position please send in your resume and cover letter to: [email protected].
