Role Summary Translate business needs into functional specs, lead UAT, create training/docs, and support stakeholders in Oil & Gas systems. Ensure compliance in regulated environments. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed functional/technical specs from business requirements. Own UAT: planning, test cases, execution, defect tracking. Build user training materials, process guides, and documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders, tech teams, and partners. Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting. Must-Have Bachelor’s degree. 7+ years BA experience (requirements to specs). 5+ years UAT leadership. Oil & Gas domain knowledge.
Nice-to-Have CAPPA certification. 2+ years training/docs; 3+ years end-user support; 5+ years regulated industries.
