Business Analyst

BUSINESS ANALYST (AI) We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with experience in AI driven projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, especially in AI research and implementation initiatives. Budget: 4 Lpa- 7 Lpa EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst • Minimum 2 years of experience working on AI/ML projects KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Conduct requirement analysis for AI-based projects • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and documentation for AI research initiatives • Perform competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in AI solutions • Work on high-level solutioning and collaborate closely with the tech/AI team • Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions and use cases • Support stakeholders with insights and data-driven recommendations KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications • Hands-on experience in business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management • Ability to create structured proposals and business cases • Good understanding of AI solution design and feasibility analysis • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Research)
