Business Analyst

Job Role : Business Analyst Duration : 4 Months of contract (Highly chance to extends) Location : Toronto, ON Act as a Business Analyst with strong core BA skills, translating business requirements into actionable solutions. Demonstrate solid understanding of operational risk, controls, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Work closely with governance and risk teams to ensure adherence to control frameworks and compliance standards.

Leverage functional expertise in ServiceNow, with preferred experience in ITAM and ITSM modules. Perform detailed analysis, process assessment, and control evaluation within the ServiceNow platform. Support transformation initiatives, particularly in transitioning from manual processes to automation-driven solutions.

Collaborate in Agile/Hybrid delivery environments, contributing to planning and execution phases. Engage with audit teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with risk and compliance expectations. Utilize strong domain knowledge and industry experience (6+ years required; senior profiles preferred).

Focus on ServiceNow enhancements and optimization rather than end-to-end platform implementation.
