Business Analyst
Itch Recruitment
Job Description
If you like systems, people and process more than hard tech and rigid rules, keep reading.
This is not your standard IT desk job. I’m working with a supportive business in Guildford that’s looking for a Business Analyst who can help make systems smarter, simpler and more useful for the people actually using them. It’s a hands‑on, practical role for someone who enjoys improving how things work without getting stuck in corporate sludge.
This team values trust, humour and a bit of common sense. You’ll have flexibility, strong onboarding, and a bunch of people around you who know the difference between real ownership and busywork.
Why this one stands out
- Flexible hours and a trust-based way of working.
- A supportive team that backs practical problem-solvers.
- Broad exposure across business systems, automation and SaaS tools.
- A role where your ideas won’t vanish into a black hole.
- Great for someone who likes variety, autonomy and a bit of banter.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting SharePoint and related business systems.
- Working across Power Apps, Power Platform and Power Automate.
- Helping with data, HR systems and application support.
- Improving processes and helping shape future ways of working.
- Partnering with the IT Manager and wider business on system refreshes.
- Getting involved in identity, security‑adjacent and platform support work.
What I’m after
- Strong SharePoint experience is essential.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Platform or Power Automate is a big plus.
- A few years supporting business systems would suit this well.
- Someone practical, curious and comfortable owning their work.
- A team fit who can bring good energy and a straight‑up attitude.
This role suits someone who is happiest when they’re making systems less clunky, helping people work better, and quietly improving the place without needing a parade.
All applicants must have full unrestricted Australian work rights and live in Perth.
