Business Analyst

IT Business Analyst – Finance / SAP (Tax & ERP) Overview We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support initiatives within the Finance Portfolio, working across SAP teams, technical teams, and global finance stakeholders. This role requires a strong systems-focused BA with experience in ERP environments, capable of working across both business and technical domains, particularly within finance and tax-related initiatives. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with UK-based SAP teams, offshore technical teams, and global finance stakeholders Analyse and document business and regulatory requirements, particularly in finance and tax domains Support SAP tax configuration and enhancement projects Define and document system integration requirements across ERP and downstream systems Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications Facilitate workshops and validate requirements with both business and IT stakeholders Ensure alignment between finance processes and system capabilities Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst within enterprise IT environments Strong track record in requirements gathering and documentation (functional + system-level) Experience working across business and technical stakeholders Solid understanding of finance processes (e.g.

O2C, P2P, R2R) Ability to work independently without relying heavily on technical teams Strongly Preferred (Realistically Required) Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP Exposure to finance or tax-related system projects Experience supporting system integrations within enterprise environments Experience within pharmaceutical / life sciences organisations Exposure to large-scale ERP programmes or transformations Experience working in global delivery models (onshore/offshore collaboration) #J-18808-Ljbffr
