What You’ll Do Keep our team organized and moving by coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, and managing shared calendars Support meeting preparation by creating materials, organizing documents, and pulling together clear, concise notes Respond to routine email inquiries in both English and Spanish, ensuring communication stays swift and professional Build and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports using advanced Excel skills to help drive informed decisions Assist with preparing presentations, summaries, and documents that support team objectives Maintain organized files, follow-up lists, and workstreams to keep projects running smoothly Jump in on special projects, offering proactive support wherever it’s needed This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces new challenges with confidence and curiosity.
