Job DescriptionBusiness Analyst - Funds My client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong operational knowledge of funds, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex operational requirements into clear documentation, user stories, process maps, and delivery-ready outputs. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial services, fund administration, asset management, investment operations, or a regulated operations environment. Strong operational knowledge of funds, including fund accounting, NAV production, trade lifecycle, settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions, pricing, investor servicing, or related operational processes.

Proven experience documenting business requirements, user stories, process maps, data flows, operating procedures, and functional specifications. Strong understanding of business change, operational transformation, systems implementation, and process improvement initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently with operations teams, SMEs, technology teams, project managers, vendors, and senior stakeholders.

Experience supporting testing and implementation activities, including UAT, defect management, and operational readiness. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with high attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced contract environment with the ability to quickly understand complex processes and deliver high-quality outputs.
