Business Analyst

Job DescriptionMy Dublin City Centre based client is recruiting for a Business Analyst this is a daily rate contract. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of strategic business and technology change initiatives. You will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, improve business processes, support solution delivery, and ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Create user stories and acceptance criteria. Map and improve business processes ("As Is" and "To Be").

Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder engagement. Act as the link between business users and development teams. Support Agile delivery, including sprint ceremonies.

Assist with testing, training, and business readiness activities. Produce high-quality documentation and recommend process improvements. Skills & Experience 5+ years' Business Analysis experience.

Experience working on business change or technology transformation projects. Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills. Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or Visio is desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Experience within Financial Services or another regulated industry is advantageous. Personal Attributes Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused.
